- Process yacht operational payments across multiple banking platforms
- Screen and verify invoices for accuracy and legitimacy
- Input payments with precision and maintain detailed records
- Conduct supplier call backs to verify banking details as part of screening procedures
- Safeguard client funds through rigorous checks and controls
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and secure transactions
- Provide support with yacht management administrative duties when required

- Experience handling client funds is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with multiple banking platforms and payment systems

- Excellent communication skills for supplier verification calls
