A key opportunity for a detail focused Payments Administrator to join a dynamic team on a part time basis.

The Role

A hands on position managing payments and ensuring accuracy and security for high value client funds.


  • Process yacht operational payments across multiple banking platforms

  • Screen and verify invoices for accuracy and legitimacy

  • Input payments with precision and maintain detailed records

  • Conduct supplier call backs to verify banking details as part of screening procedures

  • Safeguard client funds through rigorous checks and controls

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and secure transactions

  • Provide support with yacht management administrative duties when required



About You

You are a diligent and reliable professional with strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.


  • Experience handling client funds is desirable but not essential

  • Familiarity with multiple banking platforms and payment systems

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills for supplier verification calls

  • Commitment to safeguarding client assets and maintaining confidentiality
