- Arrive in good time for daily staff briefings before the store opens
- Provide an efficient and professional sales service to every customer
- Greet customers warmly and strive for customer excellence every time
- Give honest clear information so customers can make informed decisions
- Ensure customers leave with their needs met or a solution in progress they are happy with
- Demonstrate and sell a full range of mobile and residential products and services
- Process orders accurately and work within company targets and timescales
- Use computerised systems and sales applications confidently after training
- Provide ongoing support face to face by email and by telephone
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within one working day where possible
- Support the training of new retail team members when required
- Attend and participate in training as needed
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Respond to customer requirements with flexibility and professionalism
- Work with awareness of commercial requirements within the retail department
- Comply with licensing regulatory data protection and health and safety requirements
- Follow security awareness processes including incident reporting procedures
- Work selected Thursday evenings and Sunday day shifts during the Christmas trading period as directed
- Be available during key event periods including Isle of Man TT and the Manx Grand Prix

- Self motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good personal presentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is highly desirable
- Good keyboard skills are highly desirable
- Understanding of modern retail technology is highly desirable
- Interest in mobile technology and future tech trends is highly desirable
- Ability to promote a strong brand image while delivering high standards of customer care
- Willingness to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure
