- Own Board and regulatory reporting
- Supervise and support monthly accounting activities
- Oversee unit pricing work and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Work closely with the Company actuaries to support financial and regulatory requirements
- Manage the financial and payments function
- Lead and supervise a team of four staff
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Maintain approved person status with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority
About You
You are a qualified accountant who brings strong judgement, clear leadership, and a hands on approach to delivery.
- Qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with strong technical capability
- Proactive and analytical approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident people manager with the ability to lead, support, and develop a team
- Experience of Sun Accounts is helpful but not essential
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment with accountability for governance and reporting
