A detail focused opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to support new business processing and deliver consistent high quality service.

The Role

A structured administrative role supporting the review and processing of new business applications.


  • Review new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes

  • Ensure applications are accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures

  • Contact Financial Advisers and Customers to obtain outstanding information



About You

You are organised methodical and comfortable working within regulatory frameworks.


  • Previous experience in Life Assurance ideally within new business or AML

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
