A front facing position within the Connect Team handling a wide range of customer and adviser queries across products and processes.
- Actively resolve customer and adviser queries via phone and email across all products and processes
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience throughout the end to end journey
- Support customers and advisers across multiple locations including Isle of Man and Dublin
- Achieve and maintain quality scores above 90 percent and weighted productivity above 95 percent
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to implementing improvements
- Gather and share customer needs requirements and feedback to support service development
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to share knowledge and improve customer outcomes
- Take ownership of personal development and demonstrate a desire to progress within a customer focused environment
About You
You are confident customer centric and motivated by delivering quality outcomes in a fast paced contact environment.
- Previous experience in Life Assurance or a similar customer service based role would be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence handling phone based queries
- Empathetic patient and solutions focused approach
- Positive attitude with enthusiasm and adaptability to change
- Logical organised approach to problem solving
- Strong team player able to work with limited supervision
- Confident self starter with attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A star to C or 9 to 4 including English and Maths or equivalent
