The Role

Play a key part in delivering efficient and compliant asset services to clients and intermediaries.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, companies and third parties, ensuring a professional experience


• Prepare, process and authorise dividends, asset transfers, asset set ups, AML review requests and corporate actions


• Manage client queries relating to dividend transactions, corporate actions and asset administration


• Maintain accurate records and complete reconciliations in line with internal and regulatory requirements


• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining internal procedures to uphold service excellence

About You

Bring precision, organisation and a proactive mindset to a fast paced operational environment.

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail


• Strong IT skills across Microsoft applications, with knowledge of I DCRM, Jira and Lucid charts advantageous


• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively


• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, when handling routine but complex matters


• Positive and solutions focused approach with the ability to build trust and collaborate openly with colleagues
