- Managing crew injury and illness claims from initial notification to closure
- Liaising with crew insurers and experts to ensure a complete claims process
- Supporting recoveries under insurance contracts
- Maintaining accurate claims records and monitoring progress
- Preparing clear and timely claims information for key stakeholders
About You
You will bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing detailed information.
- Experience in general insurance claims handling or relevant training is desirable
- Confident communication skills and a professional manner
- Strong organisational ability with a focus on meeting deadlines
