Description

Take the lead in supporting users across two locations while helping maintain reliable and efficient IT operations.

The Role

You will provide essential support to users and ensure core systems operate reliably


  • Deliver first and second line service desk support resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests

  • Provide out of hours batch operator support as part of a rota

  • Maintain knowledge articles policies and procedures to required standards

  • Carry out general IT duties including equipment moves software installation and hardware builds

  • Work independently and as part of a wider technical team to restore services promptly



About You

You will bring strong technical knowledge along with a proactive and customer focused mindset


  • Must hold a driving licence

  • Previous service desk or help desk experience

  • Strong troubleshooting analytical and listening skills

  • Experience supporting Windows environments Office 365 Microsoft Exchange Active Directory and virtual or physical desktops

  • Customer service experience in person remotely and by phone

  • Self-motivated with a positive approach to change and teamwork
