- Own operational tickets from investigation through to long term resolution
- Work with colleagues and specialists to resolve complex issues
- Document actions processes and knowledge clearly in Confluence
- Support process redesign automation and continuous improvement activity
- Take part in on call duties system maintenance and operational readiness testing
About You
You will bring technical strength a proactive mindset and a commitment to quality service.
- Strong background in IT operations service desk or technical support
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to engage technical and non technical audiences
- Working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL 4 aligned processes
- Experience with Azure Cloud Microsoft 365 HCI virtual desktops and mobile device support
