Support the finance team by ensuring smooth reliable and accurate financial administration.
- Manage the Accounts Payable ledger ensuring invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on time
- Work with Client Relationship Managers to ensure client invoices are raised promptly
- Carry out regular reconciliations to maintain up to date financial records
- Oversee monthly credit control tasks including issuing debtor statements
- Provide administrative support and assist the Accounting Team with monthly duties

- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail focused approach
- Confident working with numbers and identifying inconsistencies early
- Proficient in Excel including formulas and spreadsheet management
