Description

Play a key part in maintaining strong financial processes by supporting accurate payments reconciliations and client invoicing.

The Role

Support the finance team by ensuring smooth reliable and accurate financial administration.


  • Manage the Accounts Payable ledger ensuring invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on time

  • Work with Client Relationship Managers to ensure client invoices are raised promptly

  • Carry out regular reconciliations to maintain up to date financial records

  • Oversee monthly credit control tasks including issuing debtor statements

  • Provide administrative support and assist the Accounting Team with monthly duties



About You

Bring your organisation accuracy and finance experience to deliver dependable support within the finance function.


  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration

  • Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail focused approach

  • Confident working with numbers and identifying inconsistencies early

  • Proficient in Excel including formulas and spreadsheet management

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to improve processes
