Description

Lead a high performing asset services team and shape the delivery of efficient compliant and client focused operations.

The Role

A leadership focused role with accountability for service delivery operational excellence and team development.


  • Provide inspirational leadership to the Asset Services team ensuring consistently high levels of client service

  • Oversee day to day operational processes including dividends asset transfers corporate actions and AML reviews

  • Set team objectives aligned to wider business priorities and monitor performance against key measures

  • Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and the client journey

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audit and drive improvements to processes and controls


About You

A confident people manager with strong operational knowledge and a collaborative leadership style.


  • Proven experience managing teams within an asset services or operational environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional approach

  • Ability to motivate develop and support team members through coaching and feedback

  • Decisive and solutions focused with a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks
