- Provide inspirational leadership to the Asset Services team ensuring consistently high levels of client service
- Oversee day to day operational processes including dividends asset transfers corporate actions and AML reviews
- Set team objectives aligned to wider business priorities and monitor performance against key measures
- Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and the client journey
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audit and drive improvements to processes and controls
