The Role

Supporting the Contracts function with precise and reliable administration across client and compliance activity.


  • Prepare company proposals and track progress through to completion

  • Set up and maintain client data and folder structures within Teams and the CRM

  • Prepare client agreements using standardised templates

  • Carry out due diligence checks including KYC and sanctions monitoring

  • Provide day to day administrative support including client correspondence

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Discreet reliable and comfortable handling confidential information

  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload

  • Confident communicator both written and verbal

  • Competent across Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Teams
