- Drive the implementation of the real estate services enablement plan across the country
- Lead leasing property management facilities management projects logistics and physical security
- Implement and monitor real estate governance standards for lease buy sell and development activity
- Deliver and maintain fit for purpose corporate infrastructure and facilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory and health and safety requirements
About You
You are an experienced real estate leader with strong governance focus and delivery capability
- First degree in civil engineering construction, project management design or engineering sciences
- Strong track record delivering real estate and facilities projects in regulated environments
- Customer focused with proven organisational and stakeholder management capability
- Solid knowledge of compliance, physical security and occupational health and safety standards
