- Design and support the implementation of compliance policies frameworks and standards of conduct
- Deliver theme based compliance training and education across the business
- Undertake compliance monitoring activities and document findings with management responses
- Provide advice guidance and challenge on regulatory and conduct matters
- Collate data for compliance reporting to Executive Committee Risk Committee and Board
About You
You bring strong regulatory knowledge and a collaborative approach to promoting compliant practices
- At least three years experience in a compliance or investment role within an FSA regulated or equivalent environment
- Good working knowledge of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority Rule Book
- Experience designing and implementing effective second line compliance processes
- Strong communication skills at both operational and strategic levels
- High attention to detail with a flexible and solutions focused mindset
