A hands on compliance role sitting within the Isle of Man compliance team, supporting monitoring, regulatory responsibilities, risk controls and strong governance.
- Support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Assess, record and track compliance findings through to resolution, escalating where required
- Help interpret regulatory requirements and clearly communicate obligations to the business
- Provide support and assurance around controls, policies, procedures and regulatory expectations
- Assist with regulatory reporting, management information, compliance registers and time critical compliance tasks
- Work closely with the business to help strengthen compliance culture in a practical and approachable way
About You
You may already be working in compliance, or you may come from a trust, corporate services or client administration background with a genuine interest in moving further into compliance.
- Experience within trust, corporate services or financial services would be helpful
- An understanding of company and trust structures, AML requirements and regulatory expectations
- Some exposure to compliance monitoring, file reviews, risk controls or regulatory work would be useful
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to record findings clearly and accurately
- Organised, curious and confident enough to ask questions and follow issues through
- Able to build good working relationships across the business
