The Role

A varied office based role focused on service delivery ownership and customer support.


  • Act as the central point of contact for business customers managing services from request to completion

  • Oversee the provisioning maintenance and cancellation of enterprise services

  • Coordinate and track customer orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery

  • Triage prioritise and support resolution of service and provisioning issues

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational processes



About You

You are organised customer focused and comfortable taking ownership of service delivery.


  • Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and written

  • Good general IT and technology understanding

  • Confident managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities

  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
