The Role

You will guide a high performing reconciliations team while ensuring accuracy compliance and continuous improvement.


  • Coordinate and oversee daily stock and cash reconciliations within regulatory timeframes

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate reconciliation records and deliver clear management information and reporting

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes systems and controls across the team

  • Deputise for the Reconciliations Manager including people management and workflow oversight



About You

You bring strong leadership technical expertise and a commitment to high standards.


  • Previous experience in investment services at senior administrator level

  • Proven team leadership experience within financial services

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong knowledge of reconciliations and IFRS

  • Strong organisational problem solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Advanced IT capability with confident use of Microsoft applications including Excel
