The Role


Play a key part in delivering high quality administration across a diverse client portfolio



  • Manage the full administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate structures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through excellent service

  • Prepare for and attend client meetings including producing minutes and follow up actions

  • Oversee financial transactions including payments billing and review of accounts

  • Support onboarding terminations and transfer of client entities in line with procedures




About You


Bring your technical knowledge and proactive approach to a collaborative and client focused environment



  • Previous experience in fiduciary services administration ideally three to five years

  • Working towards or willing to study a relevant professional qualification such as STEP CGI or ACCA

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within trust and corporate services

  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
