- Provide efficient administrative support to the Broking Team
- Prepare and manage client documentation accurately
- Maintain client accounts and update CRM systems with key information
- Manage shared mailbox and handle client queries by phone and email
- Ensure all client documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards

Use your attention to detail and strong communication skills to deliver excellent support
- Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Customer focused mindset with excellent service skills
- IT proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
