- Provide day to day support to IFA and Paraplanning teams
- Prepare and manage documentation for private and corporate clients
- Process new business and pension applications accurately
- Coordinate IFA diaries using Outlook Bookings and Teams
- Manage client queries calls and shared mailboxes efficiently
About You
Bring precision organisation and a strong service mindset to a fast paced team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- IT confident with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems
