Provide accurate and timely administrative support across core operational teams
- Process debit card instructions, internet banking registrations and credential updates for personal and corporate clients
- Ensure all activities follow policies, procedures, service charters and service level agreements
- Maintain and update customer information accurately in line with required standards
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing feedback
- Develop knowledge across operational functions through training and cross team support
About You
Bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach within a structured environment
- Secondary education or A levels or equivalent
- Previous administrative or operational experience ideally within banking
- Ability to follow procedures and manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, develop and adapt within a changing environment
