Description

Take on a fast paced administrative role supporting key banking operations and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple account services functions

The Role
Provide accurate and timely administrative support across core operational teams

  • Process debit card instructions, internet banking registrations and credential updates for personal and corporate clients

  • Ensure all activities follow policies, procedures, service charters and service level agreements

  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in line with required standards

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing feedback

  • Develop knowledge across operational functions through training and cross team support



About You

Bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach within a structured environment

  • Secondary education or A levels or equivalent

  • Previous administrative or operational experience ideally within banking

  • Ability to follow procedures and manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and stakeholders

  • Willingness to learn, develop and adapt within a changing environment
