- Draft review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including software licensing partnerships and supplier contracts
- Act as a key legal contact providing clear pragmatic and commercially focused advice
- Manage legal support across designated business areas with full ownership
- Improve legal processes workflows templates and internal guidance
- Support strategic projects including product development regulatory matters and external counsel management
About You
Bring strong commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions focused mindset.
- Qualified lawyer with previous experience PQE in commercial and contract law
- Confident working independently with the ability to prioritise and take accountability
- Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills with a practical approach
- Experience improving legal processes templates or systems is highly desirable
- Interest in technology gaming or legal tech including AI driven solutions is advantageous
