Lead the delivery of high quality trust and corporate services while shaping strong client relationships and team performance


The Role


Take ownership of a varied portfolio while supporting team delivery and client excellence


  • Manage a portfolio of complex trust and corporate entities from start to finish

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through consistent service delivery

  • Support team oversight including delegation workloads and guidance to junior staff

  • Oversee client onboarding transfers and terminations ensuring timely completion

  • Act as director and authorised signatory while attending and preparing for client meetings




About You


Bring strong technical expertise with a proactive and client focused mindset



  • proven experience in trust administration within a fiduciary environment

  • Relevant professional qualification such as STEP ICSA or ACCA

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and fiduciary services

  • Excellent communication organisational and time management skills

  • Confident working under pressure with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
