Play a key part in delivering high quality administration across a diverse client portfolio
- Manage the full administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through excellent service
- Prepare for and attend client meetings including producing minutes and follow up actions
- Oversee financial transactions including payments billing and review of accounts
- Support onboarding terminations and transfer of client entities in line with procedures
About You
Bring your technical knowledge and proactive approach to a collaborative and client focused environment
- Previous experience in fiduciary services administration ideally three to five years
- Working towards or willing to study a relevant professional qualification such as STEP CGI or ACCA
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within trust and corporate services
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
