- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management reporting across the group
- Lead financial control, compliance and internal control frameworks including SOX requirements
- Manage external and internal audit activities and key stakeholder relationships
- Drive systems improvements, automation and reporting efficiencies across the finance function
- Provide leadership and oversight to accounting, control and compliance teams internationally
About You
A technically strong finance leader with multinational experience and the credibility to operate at senior level.
- ACA, CA SA or CPA qualified with significant post qualification experience
- Proven leadership experience within a multinational accounting or financial control environment
- Strong expertise in US GAAP reporting and consolidated financial statements
- Solid knowledge of SOX controls, compliance and audit management
- Experience leading finance teams across multiple jurisdictions and operating within complex ERP environments
