- Previous experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR Manager position
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience
- Excellent recruitment, interviewing and talent development skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship building abilities
- Commercially aware with strong judgement and attention to detail
