Develop your expertise across a broad range of employment law matters while managing a varied caseload
- Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters and provide commercially focused guidance
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Manage your own caseload and ensure matters are progressed efficiently and professionally
- Draft legal documents submissions and skeleton arguments to support proceedings
- Support knowledge sharing training initiatives and the development of precedent documentation
About You
Bring strong employment law expertise together with excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Qualified Isle of Man Advocate British Solicitor Barrister or Channel Islands Advocate
- Good Experience post qualification experience
- Employment law experience and exposure to tribunal proceedings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining high professional standards
