Description

The Role

Bring people and communities together through accessible activities, engaging events and meaningful partnerships.


  • Plan and coordinate activities, events and learning opportunities for adults with learning disabilities

  • Manage bookings, registrations, risk assessments and participant communications

  • Build positive relationships with families, carers, volunteers, community groups and partner organisations

  • Promote activities through social media, email marketing and engaging digital content

  • Monitor attendance, feedback and outcomes to measure impact and support continuous improvement



About You

You will combine strong organisation and communication skills with a genuine commitment to inclusion, choice and independence.


  • Relevant qualification in a related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities or within community engagement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships

  • Good organisational, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and online communication platforms

  • Hold a full driving licence
