The Reward
- Manage organisational records, documentation and databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Support the development and use of internal systems, processes and CRM platforms
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes and follow up actions
- Provide people and office support, including onboarding, holiday records, meeting coordination and internal communications
- Assist with fundraising, events, website updates, supporter engagement and social media activity

- Experience in an administrative or operational support position
- Confident using CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience preparing minutes and supporting formal meetings
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
