Play a key role in supporting effective governance, regulatory oversight and strategic decision making at Board level
- Serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director across both the banking and trust company boards
- Provide independent judgement, constructive challenge and commercial insight
- Support the continued strengthening of governance, risk and regulatory frameworks
- Contribute to Board and committee discussions covering audit, risk, compliance and credit matters
- Review Board papers, attend meetings and support effective decision making across both businesses
About You
Bring significant Board level expertise together with strong financial services knowledge and governance credentials
- Strong senior level banking experience
- Trust or fiduciary services experience or a sound understanding of the sector
- Proven Board appointed Director, Non Executive Director or relevant governance experience
- Good understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory responsibilities
- Confidence to provide independent challenge and attend meetings in person on the Isle of Man
