Senior Power Platform Developer, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

The Role

Take the lead on complex development projects, driving technical excellence and delivering scalable business solutions.

• Lead the design, development and delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the business


• Own the technical approach for system enhancements, integrations and new business requirements


• Architect data integration and transformation solutions to support reporting, compliance and operational objectives


• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior and mid level developers


• Act as a key technical contact for stakeholders, translating complex requirements into effective solutions

About You

You are a technically strong developer with a passion for building robust solutions and guiding others to success.

• Previous experience developing, customising and integrating Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within enterprise environments


• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 CRM


• Proven experience developing plugins, CRM entities, Business Rules and complex system integrations


• Strong Microsoft NET and C# development skills with experience of source control and CI/CD practices


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders and work effectively within Agile environments
