The Role

Take the lead on regulatory compliance, risk and AML while providing trusted guidance across the business

• Oversee day to day compliance activities and ensure operations meet agreed regulatory, statutory and AML requirements


• Act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and support the ongoing assessment and management of compliance risk


• Conduct internal compliance investigations and audits, producing detailed reports and recommendations for senior management


• Prepare regulatory returns and notifications while monitoring legislative developments and their impact on the business and its clients


• Develop policies, procedures and compliance training while providing ongoing advice and support to management

About You

Bring strong compliance knowledge, sound judgement and the confidence to influence and communicate at every level

• Proven experience within an office environment with a good understanding of compliance and its function


• Strong knowledge of AML requirements with the ability to understand regulatory and legislative developments


• Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills with a professional and positive approach


• Strong project management skills with the ability to produce accurate work in a fast paced environment


• Confident using Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
