Lead procurement and project governance with the commercial insight and influence to turn strategy into measurable value
- Develop and lead an integrated procurement, project management and governance strategy aligned with commercial, financial and operational priorities
- Advise the CFO and Executive team on commercial value, investment priorities, portfolio performance, delivery confidence and governance risk
- Oversee strategic procurement, supplier and contract management, third party risk and property portfolio activity across the business
- Lead project and portfolio governance including capital allocation, investment prioritisation, assurance, risk management and benefits tracking
- Lead and develop the Procurement Manager and PMO Manager while driving stronger processes, systems, reporting and continuous improvement
About You
Bring strategic leadership, commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge and influence senior decision makers
- Significant senior experience across procurement, project or portfolio governance, corporate governance, property portfolio management or a combination of these areas
- Strong commercial and financial expertise covering sourcing, negotiation, cost analysis, business cases, investment prioritisation and benefits tracking
- Proven experience overseeing project portfolios with strong knowledge of governance, assurance, risk, change control and resource planning
- Experience advising senior leaders and governance forums with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and decisions
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with confident use of Microsoft 365 and relevant procurement, ERP, contract or project portfolio systems
