The Role

Develop your compliance expertise while supporting a broad range of regulatory, AML and data protection activities

• Support the Head of Compliance with regulatory requirements, compliance monitoring and the development of policies and procedures


• Undertake screening, investigations, customer onboarding and periodic reviews while supporting AML and financial crime controls


• Monitor Isle of Man legislation, regulation and regulatory guidance and help assess the impact of relevant changes


• Manage GDPR and data protection matters while working towards the potential responsibility of Data Protection Officer


• Support Board and regulatory reporting with the opportunity to develop towards taking on DMLRO responsibilities

About You

Bring practical compliance knowledge, a proactive approach and the ambition to continue developing your career

• Previous compliance, AML or regulatory experience within an Isle of Man TCSP or financial services environment


• Good understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory environment including AML, customer due diligence and financial crime risk


• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge incomplete information and escalate concerns appropriately


• Self driven and proactive with a strong commitment to client service and personal development


• A compliance qualification would be beneficial but is not essential with professional study support and training available
