'After thirty years in HR, I bring a comprehensive bank of skills to my work, but my core philosophy is always that people matter most. This is why I integrate personalised coaching into my HR approach to focus on helping individuals develop their skills and confidence to create a lasting positive impression.
My background as a former member of the Employment and Equalities Tribunal has given me a unique perspective on the importance of fairness and the impact of how individuals are treated in the workplace. To be able to make a real positive difference to organisations and individuals is an absolute privilege and a challenge I love.’
