- Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently in line with SLAs
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to users across multiple regions
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues for long-term solutions
- Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business impact
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Maintain and update user guides and technical documentation
- Support desktop and server environments including third-party interactions
- Participate in the team on-call rota including out-of-hours support
- Carry out patching of systems applications and servers
- Assist with Operational Readiness Testing activities
About You
You will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering top-notch support and growing your IT career.
- Previous experience in a service desk or IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to following procedures
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Familiarity with IT Service Desk tools and multi-platform support
- Experience with Microsoft Office products Microsoft Entra Intune Azure
- Knowledge of Apple Configurator Microsoft PowerShell Atlassian tools
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation or Microsoft qualifications beneficial
