Take the lead in amplifying the client voice across the business.
- Organise and facilitate monthly Voice of the Client Forums with key stakeholders
- Present client feedback analysis, product updates, and improvement themes
- Document discussions, share actionable insights, and maintain VoC records
- Analyse feedback from surveys, interviews, and meetings to ensure visibility across leadership
- Deliver regular updates including VoC slides, Townhall summaries, and business-wide reports
- Manage HotJar surveys to collect CSAT and NPS data and assign feedback in JIRA
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to update dashboards and communicate findings
- Capture and share feedback from client relationship meetings and keep a central feedback repository
- Write and edit press releases, client comms, internal updates, product guides, and leadership briefings
- Support the Marketing team with ad hoc copywriting and editing needs
About You

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- A strong passion for client experience and continuous improvement
- Confident presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Knowledge of JIRA and Power BI
- Familiarity with HotJar, Microsoft Teams, and Loop
