- Process new business documentation as instructed
- Carry out day to day administrative tasks to assigned deadlines
- Assist with scanning filing client invoicing processing receipts and payments
- Help prepare and file statutory documents in line with compliance requirements
- Provide support to the team manager and colleagues in managing HNW client portfolios
About You

- Educated to A Level or Degree level
- Previous relevant office experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capable of producing quality work under time pressure
- Methodical with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Keen to pursue professional qualifications such as STEP or Governance Institute
