The Role

Support the smooth administration of trust and company services with accuracy and care.


  • Process new business documentation as instructed

  • Carry out day to day administrative tasks to assigned deadlines

  • Assist with scanning filing client invoicing processing receipts and payments

  • Help prepare and file statutory documents in line with compliance requirements

  • Provide support to the team manager and colleagues in managing HNW client portfolios



About You

You are eager to learn with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.


  • Educated to A Level or Degree level

  • Previous relevant office experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Capable of producing quality work under time pressure

  • Methodical with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

  • Keen to pursue professional qualifications such as STEP or Governance Institute
