Join as an Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in managing complex trust and company structures while supporting a high performing team

The Role

You will assist in the day-to-day management of the Trust and Corporate administration team while maintaining strong client relationships


  • Administer a portfolio of entities with accuracy and professionalism

  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients and intermediaries through quality service

  • Prepare for and attend client meetings as required

  • Provide B level signatory support and act as director on client entities

  • Delegate and monitor workloads within the administration team, assisting with queries and training



About You

You are an experienced trust professional with strong leadership skills and a client focused mindset


  • Previous trust administration experience

  • Relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA

  • Detailed understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements

  • Drive, ambition, and a commitment to delivering high standards in customer service
