Description

Take the next step in your career as a Senior Administrator in the Client Risk and Review Team where your expertise will drive quality and compliance across client services.

The Role

You will bring technical knowledge and experience to ensure robust compliance and risk assessments while supporting the wider team.


  • Complete technical and compliance reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme

  • Prepare customer risk assessments for existing clients

  • Assist the client services team with data cleansing in Viewpoint

  • Accurately record review notes in Viewpoint

  • Manage client due diligence on a risk based approach

  • Review and match potential screening hits

  • Maintain departmental control spreadsheets

  • Support the preparation and upkeep of procedure manuals policies and associated documents

  • Ensure knowledge of AML and CFT is current with legislative changes

  • Liaise with the compliance team

  • Assist with change initiatives and projects impacting the business

  • Undertake any other duties to support the business as required



About You

You will be a knowledgeable and proactive professional with the skills to deliver consistent and accurate compliance and review support.


  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

  • Certificate or Diploma in Compliance or Trust Estate Practitioner is desirable

  • Previous experience in a TCSP environment in a similar role

  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Rule Book and AML and CFT Code

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Laserfiche and Viewpoint is an advantage

  • Strong accountability and adaptability

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
