Description

Join a respected trust and company administration team where you will play a key role in managing complex structures and strengthening client relationships on a contract basis.

The Role
This is a hands on leadership role combining client delivery regulatory oversight and people management

  • Administer a portfolio of complex company and trust structures ensuring a consistently high level of client service

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through responsive and professional communication

  • Prepare for and attend client meetings as required

  • Support client onboarding for new business and transferred in structures

  • Manage terminations and transfer outs in a timely and organised manner

  • Act as a B level signatory and director on client entities where required

  • Assist with delegating workloads across the administration team and support queries and training needs

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal procedures and ensure correct application

  • Update client profiles risk assessments and outstanding action points

  • Liaise with the Compliance team and obtain client due diligence as required

  • Lead and manage the periodic review and action point process with reporting to Compliance Management Committees and the Board

  • Complete assigned periodic reviews and provide clear recommendations

  • Oversee investment performance reviews and manage any follow up actions

  • Respond to accounting queries review draft financial statements and liaise with client accountants

  • Support the billing and debtors process ensuring issues are highlighted appropriately

  • Guide support and develop team members in line with the People Management Framework



About You
You bring confidence experience and a collaborative approach to managing people clients and complex structures

  • Proven experience in trust and company administration with exposure to complex structures

  • Strong client relationship management and communication capabilities

  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks risk management and compliance requirements

  • Experience contributing to or leading client reviews and governance processes

  • Comfortable acting as a signatory and director on client entities

  • Experience supporting or managing team workloads and development

  • Organised proactive and able to balance competing priorities

  • Aligned with values of client focus integrity innovation and leadership
