Lead a professional supervision team while strengthening regulatory standards and delivering risk based oversight.
- Lead the prudential and conduct supervision of banks, credit unions and other relevant entities
- Develop and deliver risk based supervisory plans informed by sector trends and emerging risks
- Oversee regulatory returns, risk assessments and complex supervisory matters
- Lead the development and enhancement of the banking regulatory and supervisory framework
- Represent the organisation at Board, industry, government and international regulatory forums
About You
Combine extensive banking knowledge with strategic leadership and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Hold a professional qualification relevant to the financial services industry
- Extensive experience within banking, compliance, risk, regulation, audit or accounting
- Strong strategic leadership and people development experience
- Extensive knowledge of banking legislation, regulation and wider industry developments
- Excellent analytical, communication, decision making and stakeholder management skills
