The Role
Take responsibility for the Isle of Man operations, ensuring the business delivers strong financial and commercial discipline, robust governance and operational excellence.
Lead business performance with full accountability for results and Profit and Loss while maintaining a clear focus on sustainable growth, effective leadership and high professional standards
About You
Bring significant senior leadership experience alongside strong commercial knowledge and a proven track record of delivering business results.
A minimum of 10 years professional experience is required, including at least 4 years in senior leadership positions with full responsibility for business results and Profit and Loss
You will have industry experience within agricultural commodities trading, agribusiness, food, raw materials or a related industry
You will demonstrate the ability to lead and develop teams while building trusted relationships with colleagues across different functions
A qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Business or a related field is required
